I have been confined to bed with high fever and headache since Tuesday. The 25th January. Malaria parasites have been detected on examination of my blood. I am under medical treatment. It may take me about two weeks’ time to recover. I shall, therefore, request you to grant me sick-leave for two weeks from 25^th to 30^th January. Enclosed medical certificate.
